Key Highlights
An agency for children cannot run on a shared spreadsheet
Parents need somewhere to submit and manage a child’s profile and photographs. Admins need to review and approve that material before any of it is public. Casting opportunities need to reach the right applicants. And billing, messaging and access all have to stay properly separated by role, because of who the subjects are.
One source of truth for who can be seen
A parent completes the whole path in one flow: register, add a child, upload photos, subscribe, apply to real castings. An admin reviews every profile and application from one dashboard. Subscription access is enforced from a single table, so a lapsed payment cannot quietly leave a profile visible that should not be.

A children's agency, parent to admin, in one dashboard
A platform where parents build a child’s model profile, subscribe, and apply to casting calls, while the agency reviews applications, manages castings and runs the public showcase. Bilingual throughout.
