Key Highlights

Four channels, four dashboards, no single answer

A small hotel selling through Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and its own site has nowhere to see how full it actually is right now, or which channel is really driving the bookings. The manager checks each platform separately and assembles the picture by hand.

A one-day spike that proved the loop, and stopped

Two of the four planned tabs work end to end, computing real occupancy and a real channel breakdown from live bookings. The other two never got there: connecting a channel is still a toggle, and the calendar view is placeholder data. It was one day’s work and nothing has been added since, which is the honest description of it.

How full are you, and who is filling you

A single-hotel dashboard that reads live room and booking data to show occupancy, active bookings and which channel each booking came through, with a setup wizard for entering the property’s rooms and channels.

How the picture gets assembled

The path a person actually takes through it, start to finish.

  1. The owner signs up and opens their hotel account

  2. They enter the property’s name and room count

  3. They connect their booking channels

  4. Live bookings are read into an occupancy figure

  5. Channel mix and room performance are reviewed
