Key Highlights
A word-of-mouth business with nothing to point at
Quadomania runs guided quad tours out of Žabljak, inside the UNESCO-protected Durmitor national park. The work arrived the way seasonal tourism usually does, through people who had already ridden and told someone else, which puts a ceiling on a business that only trades a few months a year. What was missing was not marketing, it was a structured place to send anyone who asked what the tours actually are.
Booking the way guests here already message
Reservation goes through WhatsApp and Viber, with the tour, date and rider count carried into the message. There are no cards, no deposits and no account to create, because every one of those is a step where a tourist deciding between two operators on a phone simply stops. The FAQ does the rest of the work, answering what a first-time rider actually worries about: what gear is provided, whether a licence is needed, and what happens when the weather turns on the plateau.

A seasonal business with a storefront
A bilingual site for quad tours in Durmitor: five guided routes sorted by difficulty and duration, a booking flow that hands off to WhatsApp or Viber, and trust content written for someone who has never ridden a quad. Mobile first, because the traffic is tourists holding a phone in Žabljak.
Five tours, sorted by what they ask of you
The path a person actually takes through it, start to finish.
Two Lakes, easy, 1h 30min
Tara Viewpoint, easy, 2h, out to the canyon rim
Momčilov Grad, moderate, 3h 30min, lake and medieval fortress
Three Lakes, moderate
All of Sinjajevina, challenging, a full day across the plateau
