Rho routes the message to Inbox, which qualifies the lead, translates it, matches it to one of the studio's offers and drafts a reply in the lead's own language. Auditor checks the price against the offer, because prices come from the offers and are never made up. The draft then waits for one tap: approve, edit or reject.
